I love The Big Picture blog. It constantly amazes me. Every time it is updated it adds new awesome pictures and sucks up a chunk of my time. Time I give freely because of how great these shots are. Even more awesome is that there are a ton of astronomy pictures on there. Today it added a bunch of pictures from the space station. You must go and look at it now. I command it.
Well the kids featured in this are going to be embarrassed in a few years, or now I guess. Some British photographer by the name of Robbie Cooper took a video of kids playing different video games. The setup sounds pretty cool. There’s a pane of glass where the video game is shown and behind that is one of those super sweet RED cameras. Here are some of the stills. The funniest part of the video is where it cuts to the girl with long hair looking completely bored or completely stoned. They cut to her for a couple seconds three times. I don’t know what’s up with the one kid who sheds a tear. According to the stills he was playing the Hulk. Weird I didn’t know it was such a touching game. Some of the other kids just look totally goofy. Of course I’m one to talk I’m pretty sure that if I was put down in front of that setup I’d look positively stupid.
