So at this point I’ve got the living room pretty much done. The paint looks good and I hung one set of track lighting. I want/need to hang another set but I’m going to wait untill I have everthing moved in first. I need them to line up properly. The stairwell is done. Although it’s just slightly possible to see a hint of pink here and there I don’t feel like putting on another coat. It will do. Esp once I have some photos hanging up. I stripped the wallpaper out of my room and put on a layer of primer. I decided I only need to do one coat of primer instead of two like downstairs. Which is good because I just had enough left over. In fact I didn’t get to put it on as thick as I’d have liked. I was literally scrapping the bottom of the bucket. I’m going to swing by home depot tomorrow and pick up paint, nails, screws, and other hanging stuff. Between coats I’m going to try and work on getting the desk area and closet door taken care of. We’ll see how much of it I can get done. I reserved a truck on thursday because it’s going to rain on saturday and I don’t want to move in the rain.

So I installed a new shower head, put a couple new blubs in where they had burnt out, painted the vertical blinds, and put two coats of gray primer up in the living room. Oh and stocked the fridge with beer.

I have, at mostly the instance of my coworkers, decided on a dark red for the living room. The dark primer will make it so I don’t have to use 18 coats to get everything looking right. The room used about a can and 3/4 for both coats. It’s a fairly big room. Looks great. If you like grey walls you could leave it as is right now. But it should look totally awesome tomorrow when I’m done with it.

On the agenda tomorrow is, finish painting the living room, install some track lighting in the living room, drink beer, maybe start on the stairwell.

Yay.

Oh I’m a total idiot though because I really did come with intention of posting pictures at the same time but I left the memory card and card reader at my parents house. So you’ll have to bear with me for a little while longer before I can get you those shots.

Well I’m not coughing up blood anymore. Nor does my skull hurt when I cough. The headache has been gone for the past few hours. Those are a few good signs. I still seem to be breaking out into the random sweat now and then. I never really got a temperature, it didn’t get over 99 degrees, but that seems to have gone too. My chest is feeling a lot better as well, but I did pick up a new problem. My sinuses itch. Yes that’s right. Esp right around where my cheeks are(maxillary sinuses). It’s quite painful. I’ll chock it up to them clearing out. There was some serious blockage going on the last several days. I’m wondering if what I had wasn’t some kind of sinus infection.

It’s back to work for me tomorrow.
